Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your jewellery. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 5 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.
How to initiate
- Email hello@balajienterprises.com with your order ID and photos (if applicable).
- We will confirm pickup instructions or drop-off details.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection.
Non-returnable
Customised items or visibly worn/used pieces may be declined.
Exchanges
Size/style exchanges are subject to stock availability; otherwise we refund.
Damaged in transit
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can replace or refund quickly.
