Return & Replacement Policy
Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewellery purchase. If there is any issue with your order, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Return
- Returns must be requested within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with original packaging intact.
- Products showing signs of wear, use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email hello@balajienterprises.com with your order ID and clear photos or videos of the product (if applicable).
- Our team will review the request and share pickup or drop-off instructions.
Replacement Policy (No Refunds)
- We do not offer refunds.
- If the product is found to be defective or damaged, it will be replaced with the same product.
- In case the same product is unavailable, an alternative of equal value may be offered at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customised or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-replaceable unless received in a defective or damaged condition.
- Items returned without approval or outside the return window may be rejected.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
- Approved cases will be eligible for replacement only.
